GYUMON Halal Wagyu Ramen & Vegan – Shibuya Scramble (牛門ハラル和牛ラーメン&ビーガン／渋谷スクランブル)

Tried both the spicy and white broth special ramen, and the broth is really top tier. The white broth is really thick, with a strong taste of beef. Opted for a spicy level of 3 for the spicy ramen. It's not that spicy for spicy lovers so you can opt for higher levels, but if your spicy tolerance isn't that high, level 3 is just nice. The giant crispy karaage with the ramen gives me mixed feelings. Some parts are crunchy outside with juicy insides, but some parts are hard and stale making me think that it was pre-cooked early in the morning instead of made fresh. The A5 wagyu gyukatsu set is cooked rare but a heating stone is provided. The staff was polite to relit our heating stone when the flame went out. No complaints to the dish itself because it is A5 wagyu after all. Though the sauce provided with the set doesn't seem to compliment the beef so much. Overall, the food was great just priced a bit high, but there are limited seats so it is not recommended to bring big groups all at once. 辛味噌ラーメンと白湯ラーメンの両方を試しましたが、スープは本当にトップクラスでした。白湯スープはとても濃厚で、牛肉の風味がしっかりと感じられます。辛味噌ラーメンの辛さはレベル3を選びましたが、辛いものが好きな方にはそれほど辛く感じないので、もっと上のレベルを選んでも良いかもしれません。逆に、辛さにあまり強くない方にはレベル3がちょうど良いと思います。 ラーメンに添えられた巨大なクリスピー唐揚げには少し複雑な気持ちになりました。外はカリカリで中はジューシーな部分もありましたが、一部は硬くてパサついた感じがあり、朝早くに作り置きされたのではないかと思ってしまいました。 A5和牛の牛カツセットはレアで提供されますが、加熱用の石が用意されており、自分で焼き加減を調整できます。火が消えてしまった際、スタッフの方が丁寧に再点火してくれました。A5和牛なので料理自体には文句なしですが、セットについてくるソースはあまり肉と合わないように感じました。 全体的に料理はとても美味しかったですが、価格はやや高めです。また、席数が限られているため、大人数での訪問にはあまり向かないかもしれません。

流石gyumon‼️渋谷の2号店でハラルラーメン。 祈祷室もあって内装も素敵でした！ セットの和牛も口の中でとろけるほどでした。 センター街という駅前で行きやすく、5階でもエレベーターもあってベビーカーでも入りやすかったです。
